Welcome to Food safe level 1. The class is from 8:30 am to 4:30. Please come a half hour early. Please bring a pen, pencil, ID and $80. cash. You may wish to bring a lunch and snacks and drinks. There is a cafeteria on site. You will receive a interim certificate after passing. Certificates take 8 weeks to get to you. I look forward to meeting you. Thanks Vera
