Welcome to Level 2, a two day course held on Sept 24 and 25 fom 9am to 4pm. A valid Level 1 food safe certificate is required for attendance. If you have not taken level 1 within 2 weeks of taking level 2 you will need to take the 25 question food safety basics test. This can be taken a half hour before class at no charge. Please bring a copy of your level 1 certificate or your interim certificate. There will be two ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch break.
