Welcome to Level 2. Level 2 is a two day course. Sept 18 and 19 2021. To register phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a mask, and your own food and drink . There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early . Bring a copy of your valid level 1 and a copy of your food safety basics. If you have not taken level 1 within two weeks of level 2 you will need to take the food safety basics. This course is taken to prove you still remember important information from level 1. To take the food safety basics go to foodsafe.ca, click on level 2, scroll down to open school, scroll down to food safety basics, click on it and pay $25.00 Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you. You will receive an interim certificate after successfully passing the test at the end of the course. When you arrive your temperature will be taken. No one with symptoms will be allowed in the class room. If you get sick in class you will be asked to leave and you will be reimbursed in a timely manner. Wear a mask and sanitize your hands after every time you use the wash room or come in the class room from another area or contaminate your hands. Maximum number of people in class room is 20.
