Welcome to Level 2. Level 2 is a 2 day course, facilitated on Oct 15 and 16. I am a Mobil instructor and can come to your facility to instruct a class. To register for public classes phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. To register for a level 2 course you must have a valid level 1 certificate. It needs to be less than 5 years old. You will also need to take the food safety basic test, which proves you still remember important information from level 1. If you have taken level 1 within two weeks of level 2 you will not need to take the basics test. the basics course can be found at the foodsafe.ca web site and look under level 2. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a and your own food and drink . You also need to bring a COPY ONLY, Of your food safe level 1 certificate a COPY ONLY, OF YOUR FOOD SAFETY BASICS CERTIFICATE, IF APPLICABLE. There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early .Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you. If you get sick in class you will be asked to leave. if you paid you will be reimbursed in a timely manner. Sanitize your hands after every time you use the wash room or come in the class room from another area or contaminate your hands. Maximum number of students in class is 20, minimum is 5.
