This fast pace, interactive workshops provides participants the opportunity to share experiences, discussions while having fun learning how to safely serve food and avoid foodborne illnesses.

Fees include all materials, exams, certificates. Temporary exams issued the same day upon successful completion of the assessment.

Workshops start at 9:00am and finish around 3:30pm, two coffee/tea breaks and a 30 minute lunch break up the day. Breaks are every 1.5 hours. Free parking passes available at reception, buses nearby are #6, #16, #25, #26, #51.
