FOODSAFE Level 1 is a sanitation training program for food handlers. Sally de la Rue Browne is a Certified Public Health Inspector and Food Safety Consultant who is known for her dynamic teaching style and interesting classes. Learn about foodborne illness prevention and the techniques you can use by taking the course. A large screen powerpoint/DVD presentation ensures interactive learning. Group rates are also available.
