LUNCH: Please bring a bag lunch. Lunch break will be a half hour - fridge is availableCOFFEE BREAK: Coffee, tea, and muffins will be provided.
FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and confirmation letters will be issued as an interim certificate until your certificate is processed through Interior Health.
