LUNCH: Please bring a bag lunch. Lunch break will be a half hour - fridge is availableCOFFEE BREAK: Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided.
FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. Most people pass my courses but those who don't can rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date.
