Welcome to Food safe Level I . Please come a half hour early. Please bring a pen, pencil, high lighter, Identification and food and drinks if you wish. There will be two ten minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch break. The payment will be taken from the Cultural centre. Their number is attached. An interim certificate will be given after successfully passing the course. The real certificate comes in about 8 weeks. I look forward to meeting you. Vera
