COVID - 19 safety practices will be in place including a maximum of 15 students in this spacious 1,100 square foot room. Students will be seated at least 6 feet apart. Sanitation and distancing practices will be implemented.

Bring a mask if you have one. Masks are required only during the marking phase of the course if distancing can not be maintained.
LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, no refreshments of any kind will be provided. Please bring your own. Two 15 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled.FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. Most people pass my courses but those who don't can rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date.
