REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given if cancellation is due to illness and notification is received by the instructor prior to the start of the course. All other cancellations require 48 hour notice.
PARKING: Free on the Holiday Inn side of the parking lot.
BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments and a sweater as meeting room temperature will be variable.
LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Please bring your own refreshments and lunch. Two 15 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled. WhiteSpot, Subway, McDonalds, Wendys nearby.
FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. 98% of my students pass my courses but those who don't can rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date.
LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Workbooks are also available in Chinese, French, Korean, Punjabi and Arabic. Exams available in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Punjabi, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese. Please request when registering.
