With fun, relaxed classes, our instructors are a wealth of food safety knowledge, current trends, recent food-related alerts and recalls plus timely reminders and anecdotes. More importantly, participants have an excellent success rate. If you can’t come to us, we’ll come to you: small groups, large organizations, grocery outlets, employment agencies, volunteer kitchens, schools. We’re happy to give estimates.

This cost Includes your workbook/textbook and your Interior Health Certificate valid for 5 years. There is a quiz at the conclusion of the program that requires 70% to be successful.
