Price includes course manual, certificate and Provincial registration fee. As certificates take six to eight weeks to be processed, all successful participants are issued temporary certificate which is equally valid as of original certificate for 90 day's.

The course is taught by a certified health inspector, with more than 25 years of teaching Foodsafe Level 1 & 2 for community colleges, school districts and private groups. The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well. In 2015, the instructor published a memoir titled “Health Inspector, Eh? “. Pre-register by email or phone is required. Course fee is payable by cheque or cash when coming to the class.
