Your instructor has 15 years experience teaching the Foodsafe course for individuals and companies in the South Okanagan and makes the day a fun and interesting experience. Group and student rates are also available.

The class runs all day with a 30 minute lunch break and two coffee breaks. Coffee, tea and snacks are provide. Please bring a lunch.

Students are issued a letter of completion the day they pass the course. Certificates and wallet cards are mailed within 4 - 6 weeks.

The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well. In 2015, the instructor published a memoir titled “Health Inspector, Eh? “. Pre-register by email or phone is required. Course fee is payable by cheque or cash when coming to the class.
