The participants will learn important information about food safety including how to protect against foodborne illness, safe food storage, preparation and serving as well as cleaning and sanitation.
FoodSafe Level 1 is mandated training for food service establishment that fosters culture of food safety everyone must understands the importance of following certain procedures. Food handlers must be certified in food safety in order to minimize the risk of foodborne illness.
