All of our FOODSAFE Level 1 classes run as a 7 hour course. At the end of the course is an exam which when successfully completed, gives you your FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Exams are marked at end of class and temporary certificates are available immediately, while official certificates are mailed out within 4-6 weeks. Your certificate is valid for 5 years from date of class. The learning environment includes slides, videos, and other interactive learning tools which make the course enjoyable and user friendly.

$70 course fee covers everything you need (English version workbook, exam, certificate, gst). Course setting is very relaxed and informal and is taught by a certified public health inspector with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site upon completion and an instant temporary certificate is issued to participants, pending receipt of the official certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by the local Health Authority and subsequently mailed to you by the course instructor).
