Course registration starts at 0845. A fun filled day of food safe instruction. Instructor has worked in a wide range of food service from hospitality to care homes. Coffee and snacks provided. Special rates for students and seniors. We are the most fun course around.

The course is taught by a certified health inspector, with more than 25 years of teaching Foodsafe Level 1 & 2 for community colleges, school districts and private groups. The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well. In 2015, the instructor published a memoir titled “Health Inspector, Eh? “. Pre-register by email or phone is required. Course fee is payable by cheque or cash when coming to the class.
