BRING: Highlighter, pen and I.D. LUNCH: Please bring a bag lunch. Lunch break will be a half hour - fridge and microwave are available. Save-on-Foods is nearby if driving.
COFFEE BREAK: There will be a morning coffee break and an afternoon coffee break. Coffee/Tea and morning muffins will be provided.

The course is taught by a certified health inspector, with more than 25 years of teaching Foodsafe Level 1 & 2 for community colleges, school districts and private groups. The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well. Pre-register by email or phone is required. Course fee is payable by cheque or cash when coming to the class.
