• At the end of the session, students will be required to write and pass a multiple choice exam before receiving certification. A minimum of 70% is necessary to pass this exam. The certificate is valid for 5 years.

You will need to bring a pen, high lighter identification and any food and drink you want. You will have two ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch break. Come a half hour early to sign in and pay. Please let the instructor know if you need a book or test in another language, ahead of time. Work books are supplied. You can pay by cash or etransfer. Business's can pay by check. The class can take up to 25 students.
