I will be running a Food Safe Level 1 course at the Okanagan Golf Club (Quail/Bear) in Kelowna, BC. Room at the conference center TBD. Any questions about joining the course, please email, call, or text, and I will be happy to add you to the participant list. Hope to see you there.

To enquire about a private workshop phone instructor at 604-703-8485. One on one workshops available at a higher price. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, and your own food and drink . There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early .Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you.
