Please arrive 10 min. early for registration. Class location is FAIRFIELD INNS, 1655 Powick Rd. in Kelowna and will be held in the Games Room or Okanagan A Room on the main level. Bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, your personal water container, bag lunch or eat out during the 30 min. lunch break.

FoodSafe Level 1 is a food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. The course covers important food and worker safety information including food-borne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. This certificate is valid for five years.

Same day testing and temporary certificate. Masks are not required in the classroom. Distancing will be implemented with a maximum of 23 students in this spacious 1,300 square foot room.

Welcome to Level 1. To register for public classes phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. To enquire about a private workshop phone instructor at 604-703-8485. One on one workshops available at a higher price. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, and your own food and drink . There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early .Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you.
