Welcome to Level 1. Please phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. A workbook is supplied. Please come a half hour early to sign in. There are 2 ten minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch break. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a mask, and your own food and drink . Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. You will be given an interim certificate after the successful completion of the test at the end of the day.

The mode of delivery is (in person/online/blended). An email was sent on April 23rd to foodsafe@foodsafe.ca with information about this this course

Please note we will be observing all COVID regulations and recommendations for this class. We will provide hand sanitizer, and masks. There will be distancing between students and we request that if you are having any COVID symptoms that you rebook. Please bring a drink with you and a bag lunch.
