The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. $95 for Members $135 for Future Members

Whistler Welcome Centre is offering Foodsafe Level 1 to residents new to Whistler and new to Canada. Instruction is in English however exams are available in several languages. Call or email directly Bekah to register.

Welcome to Food safe Level I .
Please come a half hour early. Please bring a pen, pencil, high lighter, Identification and food and drinks if you wish. There will be two ten minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch break. The payment will be taken from the Cultural centre. Their number is attached. An interim certificate will be given after successfully passing the course. The real certificate comes in about 8 weeks.
