The course is taught by Jan Kreut, a certified Foodsafe instructor with 17 years experience.
The course is being held at Little Hobo restaurant at 595 Leon Ave, Kelowna. Class starts promptly at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks.
