The course is taught by a certified health inspector, with more than 25 years of teaching Foodsafe Level 1 & 2 for community colleges, school districts and private groups. The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well. In 2015, the instructor published a memoir titled “Health Inspector, Eh? “. Pre-register by email or phone is required. Course fee is payable by cheque or cash when coming to the class.

The class starts promptly at 9am. The class is taught in English, but exam sheets in other languages are available. Please contact Basil to find out what languages are available. There is street parking around the school.

Our fee is all inclusive. We provide, instruction, textbook (yours to keep), exam, same day results, registration with Fraser Health Authority, and temporary certificate on the day of the course, with the permanent certificate to follow. Our location boasts plenty of free parking.
