A food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for food service establishment operators and front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. Anyone 12 years of age or older can complete the course. *Email Ashley for more details or to reserve your seat!

Same day testing and temporary certificate provided. Masks are not required in the classroom. Distancing will be implemented with a maximum of 25 students in this spacious 1,300 square foot room.
