FEE- $90 per student at the beginning of class, cash, cheque or e-transfer. Includes workbook, exam and Interior Health Certificate valid for 5 years.
CLASS TIME - 0800 to 1600, please arrive a few minutes early.
BRING - Identification and a bag lunch, or you may prefer to go out for the 30 minute lunch break.

FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Description and COVID -19 Safety Protocols
COVID - 19 safety practices will be in place including a maximum of 24 students in the 3,234 square foot gymnasium. Students will be seated at least 6 feet apart. Health screening, sanitation and distancing practices will be implemented.
COST: $80 per participant which includes the required Foodsafe workbook and IHA issued certificate.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS: COVID - 19 safety practices will be in place including a maximum of 20 students in the premises. Students will be seated at least 6 feet apart.
