Facilitated by Caroline Bagnall, this course takes complex Food Safety laws and information and breaks it down into simple lessons, so you’ll get the food safety training you need.

Examinations are available in Japanese, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish and French (please advise on language preference at registration).
