FEE- $80 at the beginning of class, cash, cheque or e-transfer. Includes workbook, exam and Interior Health Certificate valid for 5 years.
CLASS TIME - 8:30am - 4:30pm, please arrive a few minutes early.

Welcome to Level 1.To register phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address with postal code ,phone number and email. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a mask, and your own food and drink . There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early .Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you. You will receive an interim certificate after successfully passing the test at the end of the day.

FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Description and COVID -19 Safety Protocols

COVID - 19 safety practices will be in place including a maximum of 24 students in the 3,234 square foot gymnasium. Students will be seated at least 6 feet apart. Health screening, sanitation and distancing practices will be implemented.

COST: $80 per participant which includes the required Foodsafe workbook and IHA issued certificate.
