Welcome to Level 1.This class is a 2 day class It runs from 8am to 12pm June 26 and 27. Please come a half hour early and phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. A workbook is supplied. There will be 1 15 minute break. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a mask, and your own food and drink . there will be no sharing in class. Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

The class is taught in Mandarin. The student workbook and final examination are also in Chinese. The instructor can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. She is CP-FS certified and has years of Foodsafe Level 1 teaching experience. She is now working as a specialist inspecting different types of restaurants.
