A Pastry Chef with 18 years of Hotel/Restaurant experience. A professional Chef with Culinary Arts Certification and a Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Many years of teaching experience especially to people with English language challenges. One re-exam is provided free of charge in conformance to the Food Safe Secretariat rules. Madhu does everything possible to meet the needs of the students, operators.
