I am an Environmental Health Officer working for a Health Authority in the lower mainland of BC for over 12 years. I have been teaching FOODSAFE for over 7 years to private and public groups. I have experience teaching classes to youth, teachers, interested parents needing FOODSAFE to volunteer at schools or for general interest, students with mental health challenges, restaurant employees, classes with a language translator present, to name a few. I use my experience as an EHO to provide more depth to the classes to create an engaging and fun environment. I strive to ensure that all students have a full understanding of safe food handling and sanitation by the end of the class.
