Sally de la Rue Browne is a Certified Public Health Inspector and Food Safety Consultant who is known for her dynamic teaching style and interesting classes. Learn about foodborne illness prevention and the techniques you can use by taking the course.

A large screen powerpoint/DVD presentation ensures interactive learning. Group rates are also available.

This workshop will be held at Beban Park Recreation Center, 2300 Bowen Road in Nanaimo.

VIHA will issue a wall certificate and wallet card, 6 weeks after the class provided you get >70% on the multiple choice test. A completion note will be issued at class. Valid for 5 years.
