FOODSAFE Level I is appropriate for anyone who works in a food service facility. It is the course required by the BC Food Premises Regulation for anyone who is the operator of a Food Premises which serves food to the public, including operators of temporary food premises.

FOODSAFE Level 1 is a sanitation training program for food handlers required to work in the foodservice and hospitality industry. Sally de la Rue Browne, CPHIC, is a Certified Public Health Inspector and Food Safety Consultant who is known for her dynamic teaching style and interesting classes. Learn about foodborne illness prevention and the techniques you can use by taking the course. A large screen powerpoint/DVD presentation ensures interactive learning. Group rates are also available. ESL students are welcome.
