LANGUAGE: The class is taught in Mandarin. The student workbook and final exam are in Chinese.
INSTRUCTOR: The instructor is an experienced Food Safety Inspector and inspecting all types of restaurants and food businesses everyday. She can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Welcome to Level 1. To register for public classes phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address ,phone number and email. To enquire about a private workshop phone instructor at 604-703-8485. One on one workshops available at a higher price. A workbook is supplied. There will be 2 ,10 minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, and your own food and drink . There will be no sharing in class. Please come a half hour early .Your certificate can take up to 8 weeks to be mailed to you.
