This is a FOODSAFE Level 1 with a qualified, and experienced instructor! You will be issued a temporary FOODSAFE certificate on the day of class and your Interior Health issued certificate arrives in the mail. WHEN: 9:00am to 5:00pm. BRING: pen, highlighter and bag lunch. Recommend bringing water/coffee too. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks.
