FOODSAFE Level 1

FOODSAFE Level 1 is designed for front line food handlers in the food service industry. Topics include food handling, personal hygiene, receiving and storing food safely, dishwashing methods, and food storage methods. Participants successfully completing the course receive a five-year certificate recognized by the BC Hotel/ Restaurant Association and employers throughout the Province. Tuition includes exam and workbook.
