Please call 250-276-4492 or visit www.foodsafecourse.ca to register for this one day course. Bring a pen and a lunch as we stop for a short 30 minute break around noon. Your certificate will be mailed to you from Interior Health within 4 to 6 weeks of successful completion of the course. The course fee of $70 is payable by cash or cheque at the start of the class.

$70 course fee covers everything you need (English version workbook, exam, certificate, gst). Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site upon completion, and an instant temporary certificate is issued to participants upon successful completion of exam, pending receipt of the official certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by the local Health Authority and subsequently mailed to you by instructor.).

BRING: Highlighter, pen and I.D. LUNCH: Please bring a bag lunch. Lunch break will be a half hour - fridge and microwave are available. Save-on-Foods is nearby if driving.
COFFEE BREAK: There will be a morning coffee break and an afternoon coffee break. Coffee/Tea and morning muffins will be provided.
