this course will be held at 46208 riverside Dr. just off Young Rd. . If you go up to Minters garden you have gone to far.

Time is 830 am to 430 pm. come 15 minutes early. Please bring pencil or pen, highlighter, Identification and $80.00 cash and a lunch as lunch is only a half hour.

$70 course fee covers everything you need (English version workbook, exam, certificate, gst). Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site upon completion, and an instant temporary certificate is issued to participants upon successful completion of exam, pending receipt of the official certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by the local Health Authority and subsequently mailed to you by instructor).
