The course is taught by a certified health inspector, with more than 25 years of teaching Foodsafe Level 1 & 2 for community colleges, school districts and private groups. The instructor could teach Foodsafe in Cantonese as well.

This is the second half of the eight hour program. Please note there is one fee for the two evenings. Please bring a water and a snack for yourself.
