FOODSAFE Level 1
$70 course fee covers everything you need (foodsafe workbook, exam, certificate, gst). Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site upon completion, and an instant temporary certificate is issued to participants upon successful completion of exam, pending receipt of the permanent certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by Island Health and subsequently mailed to you by instructor). Bring pen, identification, and $70 cash course fee with you the morning of class.

Time is 930am to 430 pm. come 15 minutes early. Please bring pencil or pen, highlighter, Identification and $80.00 cash Please park on street or closed adjacent business parking spots.
