The course will be conducted in Mandarin,, the instructor can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. Please refer to TCCS website for the course details:

Course will start at 9:00 ( come at 8:45  am)

• Covid-19 Safety Plan in place : Pre-screening Self-Declaration Form required prior to attending
• 30 min for Lunch break. Bring your lunch!
• Temporary certificate available the day of the workshop
• Exams  available in 10 languages, FS workbook in 6 languages ( need to pre-order)

COVID - 19 safety practices will be in place including a maximum of 24 students in the 3,234 square foot gymnasium. Students will be seated at least 6 feet apart. Health screening, sanitation and distancing practices will be implemented.

COST: $80 per participant which includes the required Foodsafe workbook and IHA issued certificate.
